Yvonne Williams Posted September 21 Share Posted September 21 This is a horrible experience I win 5009.13 put in redemption only to come back the next day and see the last 2 of the account number is wrong I contact support live chat give the right account number send email get email back saying it has been updated and it is all good go back look on website and it says processing contact support they give me the wrong account number contact my bank bank says no account exists with that account number now support says that the transaction is complete and there is nothing they can do now Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
