My advice is to keep emailing, message on social media channels, one of the sweepskings forum mods reached out to me and helped me with some advice. The platform's security is so bad that others can access your account and charge your card without permission. I lost money on transactions I never made. Avoid this site! They even banned this guy just for winning! I mean come on man, your a casino, people win sometimes.
