Realprize.com failed to protect me & broke policy

According to RealPrize policies, requesting a permanent account closure, results in account being closed and it cannot be reactivated.
Therefore, I emailed support and requested a permanent account closure. acknowledged that I understood that my account could not be reactivated. Two months later, I received an email from RealPrize, stating that I had a high account balance in my account and to reply with reactivate to utilize my funds. While suspicious, I replied with reactivate,, as I was unable to otherwise know how much of a balance I had. I did email and state that I didn't leave a balance, however, that email was ignored. RealPrize failed to uphold their policy on protecting their players. The casino did in fact break its own rules and I would like for this issue to be resolved. I am also requesting a refund for deposits made after March 20, 2024 & to have my account be permanent closed. I have proof of all interactions with this casino and I can gladly supply additional proof of needed. It is clear that RealPrize intentionally failed me.
