imlushed86 Posted September 10 Share Posted September 10 I won 11k through the jackpota casino on August 19th. I quickly cashed out and was told to wait up to 10 business days to receive my winnings. Today is September 10th and still nothing I had to provide my ID for verification and the security team has cleared me. As of today, I have been told that I need to wait for the payment processing company to give an update it's been two weeks, and still no update. Every time I reach out to customer service I'm told we are still waiting for an update but no timeline or additional information is provided. I've been told four times that my redemption is being escalated but still nothing I'm starting to think I'm never going to receive my winnings or have this resolved in any way. this is extremely frustrating and what makes it worst is that there is no timeline provided for the "update". with so many other casinos online you would think you would go above and beyond to keep customers coming back. but in this case, I'm playing elsewhere.
