Redemption over a week of waiting get same generic message from customer service that it was processed. I never receive an email confirmation for purchases or for redemptions. Then the purchase option is flawed. I was scrolling through packages and hit pay now button and bought a package I didn’t want. There is no are you sure options or the ability to enter cvi code to ensure the purchase was really what you wanted. Scary bad set up. Then the RPT has to be illegal, counted 250 spins on 3 piggy banks game and largest win was $1.30 and never even sniffed a bonus. I except losing as part of gambling as everyone should. But out of those 250 spins I may of had 30-40 winning spins with largest being $1.30. Betting 0.20 per spin. Most wins were much less, even less then originating bet. There is no way they are following the rules of fair game play. Customer service may be fake, or they are trained or told to send same generic responses. This isn’t even close to being absolutely the worst gaming experience I have ever had.
