leabeth99 Posted August 8 Share Posted August 8 I have had a pending redemption on jackpota.com (identity verified) since the 23rd of July, 2024, and for some reason they have been repeatedly asking me for copy after copy of my debit card for weeks now. I keep using their links to submit my document, I wait the 24 to 48 hours over and over again, as they say to, and then once the time period has passed, I attempt to contact customer service again, and they tell me the exact same thing: submit this credit card to this link and we'll get back with you in 24-48 hours.
