I was asked to send documents of Photo of me holding the Debit cards with last 4 numbers. After many assurances that the team was diligently working on my redemption i received a message stating that the documents were accepted and my ticket had been sent to payment processing. Moments later i received another message stating this " Due to reasons not related to CrownCoins, the payment providers updated us that IBT redeem will not be available for your account. From our experience the best way to bypass this issue is to redeem via Skrill. Please register and verify an account there and submit a new redeem - we will keep working on it as soon as it lands on our side 🤗 And i also seen the big red letters in redemption tab that said FAILED. So i linked a different bank and sent redemption again. So when my deposit failed earlier for literally no reason they could articulate, i tried a different bank to see. But i saved back like 400 to play with and turned that 400 into 5000. How is it that im tearing it on there but cant even enjoy the wins because i have no faith in them to pay.
