ctjames0717 Posted July 30 Share Posted July 30 This is in reference to one game that I played on high 5 casino called Monkey God by Kalamba games, it did not give my winnings or bonuses on some of my game plays and I took screen clips of every time it did this and submitted this to high 5. After months of them investigating this they finally came back and told me that the game was glitched and that there was nothing they could do about it. I have spent a lot of money at this casino and they have basically told me that there is nothing they can do, it was a glitch in the game.
