I signed up back in October 2023 and had been playing for a few months without issues. Customer support wasn't great, but they had some games I liked and for once, I seemed to win a bit more than I spent. Fast forward to Jan this year and this casino hit the low. Im sure games are rigged as I haven't won a dime in weeks. I tried to withdraw previous winnings and got hit hard with ID that they kept rejecting. Im still out of pocket to the tune of around $1500 and no one will even reply to my messages now. The site, I dont know if it has swapped hands but now sends you to ruby sweeps so I am completely unsure what to do. Can anyone help? holdmybeer Posted July 8 Share Posted July 8 Came here to say pretty much the same thing. These guys really take the biscuit. I am owed around $3,500 and have been trying to get it for months. They are beyond bad how they treat players. I did some research online and there are others with the same problems. Both Ruby Sweeps and Loyal Royal were promoted by them a lot + streamers, yet always featured few games, limited banking methods, and players had complaints. queenbee Posted September 24 Author Share Posted September 24 After a lot of digging, it seems loyal royal has shut down so I have no hope of getting my money now. It makes me feel sick that this happens far too often. I have spoke to someone from ruby play network who have been very helpful but I wont be getting any money back.
