Ivyjax2296 Posted November 9 Posted November 9 I was playing witchy poppins on the Fortune Coin site and I had hit a bonus..Seemed like a pretty good bonus so far with 3 spins still to go and that’s where it got stuck..Contacted support and they said everything was fine on their end and gave suggestions to try but still stuck..The next day I got on the site to see if any changes and the game was no. Longer on the site..Again I wrote support and from then on have always been told we are looking into it..LOL After a couple days the game was returned but my stuck bonus was gone..I provided plenty of screenshots to them and feel they at least owe from where the game got stuck..Is that asking too much..It’s not all that much but the principle of it that bothers me.. SK Jon Posted November 13 Posted November 13 If the game had errored during play, you should be able to see exactly what happened so I would still be contacting customer support until you get a resolution, each game result (spin) should be logged in the back end, so if you had hit a bonus round and were halfway through playing they should be able to confirm what the end result was regardless of whether you actually get to see the bonus round finish . usually what happens is that when you reload the game the remaining spins play out from where it got to, but if that isn't happening keep on at them for a proper investigation Quote
