I’m writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the services provided by Chanced.com. I have been a loyal player for the past 12 months, but the experiences over the last three months have been nothing short of dreadful. I’m not the type to complain often, but I feel compelled to share my ongoing struggle in hopes that someone will finally take notice and address these issues.

For the first nine months, I had no real issues with Chanced.com. I played various games, played on many of the different games, and occasionally won some. However, over the past three months, I’ve encountered numerous problems, most of which revolve around withdrawing my winnings. Every time I’ve attempted to cash out, I have faced one obstacle after another. It's always some excuse or delay with customer support, ranging from "technical difficulties" to endless requests for verification documents that I’ve submitted multiple times. It feels like I’m being deliberately stonewalled to avoid paying me what I’m rightfully owed.

Speaking of customer support, I’m convinced it practically doesn’t exist. The few times I’ve managed to get in touch with someone after waiting days for a response, the agents have been unhelpful at best and completely dismissive at worst. I’ve had tickets closed without resolution, or worse, without even a response. The live chat is never actually available when I need it, and emails go unanswered for weeks. When I do get a reply, it’s generic, as if nobody even read the specifics of my issue. I can’t count how many times I’ve been told that the “finance team is looking into it” or that my concern has been “escalated.” Yet, I’m still waiting for payments that should have been processed months ago.

What’s even more concerning is that I’m starting to suspect that the games themselves are rigged. I’ve noticed a drastic change in the win/loss ratio and payout patterns over the last few months. There’s a marked decrease in any kind of win, and when I do manage to win, it’s barely enough to cover what I’ve spent playing. The games don’t feel random or fair anymore; it feels like the house is making sure I lose, no matter how much I try to play strategically. It’s hard to believe that this is purely coincidental, considering how drastically my experience has shifted. How is this even possible?

All I’m asking for is a fair resolution. I’m owed payments, and I expect chanced casino to honor its commitment and process my withdrawals without further delay. I also urge you to look into the functionality and fairness of your games, as I’m sure I’m not the only player who feels this way. Finally, improve your customer support. The current system is unresponsive and leaves players feeling unheard and neglected.
