So now I've been requested to resubmit images of my credit card EIGHT TIMES. Each time I'm told the images are invalid and to wait 24-48 hours for a response. After countless hours in pursuit of a solution, I've been told the documents have been verified and confirmed via email. However, I've yet to be offered anything based in truth since 9/14/24. I requested to be connected with a supervisor multiple times with no success. I'm not the type to leave a negative review. However, this cannot go on. I wouldn't wish this on my worst of enemies. Megabonanza is the only casino in the games begin AFTER you win. There's no problem securing my funds, yet when I attempt to secure funds that are rightfully owed to me, the process is then proven so difficult its only logical explanation is it's designed to demoralize in hopes the player gives up. It’s so tempting to cancel the $800, but customer service is awful—live chat keeps giving the same automated responses.
