I have an $800 redemption pending and won $500 today, but lost it all. It’s so tempting to cancel the $800, but customer service is awful—live chat keeps giving the same automated responses. Has anyone experienced this and knows how long it usually takes to receive funds? I haven’t even received a confirmation email yet.

Mega bonanza has been a real gem of a find. Great casino so far. Redemptions have all been speedy and I have seen a whole truck load of new games pop up over the last few weeks. I cant pass judgement on the support as I haven't had any issues yet. The support is a real tell tale for me as to how good a casino will be.
