Initially I received 2 redemptions within 24 to 48, however after requesting a 3K redemption and multiple others for the past 2 weeks…totalling around $17K I’m getting crickets! Multiple messages with multiple tickets with replies saying we are working on this. One ticket required my photograph with credit card (I used once) it was submitted and they acknowledged receipt via their message board. Now 7 redemption requests pending and no explanation. Attempts to contact their customer support phone number of at least 20+ times during various times of the day…no one answers. Their responses via the message board from like 5 different employees saying they are working on it. Sounds fishy to me. Can you assist in this? I have to say I had enjoyed their website even better than Chumba or McCluck.
